Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Perfect location and small comfortable and functional base in Porthleven. I could sit on the sofa looking at the Atlantic Ocean for hours - come rain or shine. Perfectly positioned to take coastal walks, walk into Porthleven town, or just sit and chill in the warm whilst watching the waves. The property is small, but if you do not need big space it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Negative: Only observation (being very picky) is that the Key box and key are becoming weathered - prob due to the rust/salty air. It was difficult to open the key box and sometime the key felt like it was not going to work. The front wall is in need of repair - looks fine but it is actually wobbly.

Summary: Great location, simple and comfortable property
