Window AC units are installed in both bedrooms and the living room during the summer months. On-demand hot water system ensures all guests have a hot shower -no waiting for warm-up with multiple guests! Home also features Keurig coffee maker with coffee, 42 inch smart TV, cable, DVR, and wifi. Guests can also enjoy a relaxing sauna during the winter or on cooler summer days.
Hang out and grill on the back deck and fenced in yard with a 6-ft privacy fence. Back deck includes a grill and patio furniture, and back yard games available for use! Pets are welcome for an extra fee.
