Clayborne Villa is the latest venture by the ex owner of Kangaroo Bend Cottage. Situated right next to the old Kangaroo Bend Cottage it is at 160 Kangaroo Drive Coomoora (just out of Daylesford off the Malmsbury - Glenlyon rd). Sitting on 5 acres of partly treed bush with plenty of grassed areas to enjoy outside. Bring up your mountain bikes for some great riding tracks or take a leisurely stroll along a country lane only metres from Claybourne Villa, great in the early morning or towards sunset with kangaroos and other wildlife to be seen. Only 4 minutes drive into the Sunday market , Farmers Arms and main street but in a very quiet area of Coomoora with little or no passing traffic at night. You will enjoy watching kangaroos, kookaburras, echidnas, and birdlife outside each day.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have queen sized beds and bedroom 3 has a King Size Single bed.
This villa has two living areas with a television and DVD player in each. Wood heater which keeps the house cosy in winter and the mudbrick external walls are great insulators in both summer and winter. Kitchen and dining areas are clean and bright and having two bathrooms is a bonus with a bath in main bathroom as well as shower.
Laundry with dryer and washing machine and rotary clothes line for use in the summer months.
