Villa Marcia is a Classic country villa located in the heart of Chianti right outside the village of Badia of Passignano.
The villa has breathtaking views of the valley, a large garden, a BBQ and an outside area ideal for Alfresco eating and relaxing. The property consists of two villas: the main villa and a smaller cottage.
The larger house has an outside area with pergola which invites you to relaxing, reading on the comfortable divan or outside eating. Next to the smaller house is a magnificent swimming pool (12x4 metres and 1.60 depth), a shower and sunbeds with umbrellas for relaxing in the shade.The pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September.
There are 40 hectares of private land where you are welcome to go walking or use the mountain bikes available.
In the pool there is a jacuzzi area.
The nearby village of Badia of Passignano has shops and a variety of restaurants.
ACCOMMODATION:
The main villa (460 sqm) has a main entrance which leads to a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is ideal for cooking lessons and leads to the dining room. The rest of the ground floor is composed of a large living room which includes a grand piano There is also a toilet.
On the first floor there are six bedrooms: Four doubles, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. On this floor there is also a second kitchen and lounge area with a lovely view over the surrounding countryside.
The cottage ( 110 sqm) is near the beautiful pool and has two bedrooms ( a double bedroom and a double twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower), a kitchen and lounge
overlooking the pool.
