Laundry, washing machine. An outside BBQ. There is ample off street parking for cars and boats. Rural outlook. There is only a 4 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the shops (or half an hour walk along the beach) 9 minute drive to the Penguin Parade. Occupancy is 4 people, Check-in 2pm, Check-out 11 am.
