Villa la Rondine is located on the top of a small hill in the beautiful Val d'Arbia, in the province of Siena.
The villa is easily reachable from Via Cassia that connects Siena to Buonconvento.
The road to the property is unpaved but in good condition.
Villa la Rondine, which has been lovingly renovated, boasts a private swimming pool (6 x 12 m), surrounded by the lawn and equipped with parasols and sunbeds. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to mid-October.
The private, well-kept garden (5.000 sqm) allows you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Val d'Arbia.

Following a fully equipped kitchen with: microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and breakfast table for 8 people.
A guest bathroom makes the rest of this floor.
First floor: The upper floor, reachable by climbing some stairs, is dedicated to the sleeping area.
On the right side of the stairs there are: 1 double bedroom with fireplace and ensuite bathroom with a bath; 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
On the left side of the stairs there are: 1 double bedroom with garden view (the bathroom has bath+shower, and it's in front of the bedroom) and 2 twin bedrooms (one with courtyard view and the other one with garden view) which share a small bathroom with shower.
Spa: You can freely access the nearby spa, located in a separate building and shared with the guests of Villa Ponte sull'Arbia. The spa includes: state-of-the-art gym, sauna, steam room, hot tub for 6 people and a relax area with sofa and TV.
The owner of the villa will help in coordinating the spa accesses among the guests of the 2 villas.
