Just a short 5-minute walk down to the foreshore, Nun's beach, or a 2-minute walk from the back fence to Percy St - Portland's Main Street where you will find a supermarket, cafes and post office.
The house is built for family living, with a local family of 42 years having resided in the property before becoming a one-of-a-kind holiday experience. Portview has 5 generous bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 people with new beds, mattresses providing the creature comforts of home. It is the ultimate family holiday property with 2 living areas and a formal dining area that allows for multi-generational living. The kitchen has been upgraded, perfectly positioned overlooking the port. Laundry is large and functional. The property has both an en suite to main bedroom and secondary large bathroom. Parking off Market court down a long driveway to a single garage, provides secure parking for at least 5 vehicles. The backyard is fully fenced with lockable driveway, there is a boat gate and parking bay separate to the main driveway, providing for safe parking of your boat as well as equipment. The rear and front yards offer large, grassed areas as the property is in excess of 3,000sqm, perfect for a hit of cricket, kick of the footy, or a wine on the lawn. Summary: The location is wonderful and view great. However, very outdated and terrible smell throughout the house. Ants found in bathrooms and main bathroom door broken and unable to be closed, which made things awkward and uncomfortable.
