Come relax at your Northern Michigan getaway! The home features three bedrooms, two baths, a fully functional kitchen, washer and dryer, living room and an additional family room style loft. It has an adorable backyard with a brick paved patio with table and chairs, plus a separate fire pit area with chairs perfect for roasting marshmallows or relaxing. In addition to the backyard there is front deck to sit and relax. There is plenty of room to relax inside or out and the access to Torch Lake is just a quick walk across the street. Enjoy the water through the shared waterfront with small boat mooring available. The shore is grassy and the water at the access is sandy. There is not a dock on the access, due to the size of the access and the Torch Lake regulations. The "famous" Torch lake sandbar is right across from the access in the water, where boaters go to hand out on the sand bar in the lake.
