Kalkaska is a growing, hometown community with a steadily increasing number of things to do. Guests can visit the Tuesday farmers market during the summer months or go to the Cherry Street Market for a unique outdoor shopping experience. Check out Chalker Park, an excellent playground for kids of all ages, or look out over the lily pads at Mill Pond. Get a bite to eat at local restaurants or the food trucks parked at Railroad Square.
Put a record on when you get back to the cabin after your day of grand adventure. The owners have provided a record player for guests’ enjoyment, so you can fill every room with the dulcet tones of some of your favorite artists.

This home is wonderfully equipped to provide families with children of all ages with the conveniences necessary for an enjoyable vacation. Older children and adults alike will enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area - a perfect place for a nature walk, bonfire, swim, fishing, kayaking and row boat in the no wake lake. The area boasts many snowmobile trails, nature trails, as well as ice fishing.
The home has both air conditioning and central heating - making it a perfect place to stay no matter the time of year. The home does have Wi-Fi and a smart television for those individuals who are not wanting to disconnect. This charming cabin has the ability to accommodate guests of all ages and abilities.

Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked.
We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and/or dishwasher tabs if a dishwasher is available at the property.
