High above Lake Michigan sits this charming 3 bedroom cottage in Montague! NOTHING stands between you and the water - it's only 30 steps from the back door to the beach staircase, and you've got over 100 feet of private beach all to yourself! The views are SPECTACULAR, with no trees or other cottages to spoil the view of the lake, the sunsets, and storms rolling in across the water. If stairs aren't your thing, there's plenty of seating on the deck and the fully screened-in porch. The porch area is also an excellent spot to enjoy morning coffee, and shelter if a rain shower pops up. Two bedrooms have queen beds, bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. The living room futon folds down into a full-size bed for extra sleeping arrangements. The bathroom is on the smaller side but has everything you need.
There's a full kitchen with all new appliances, and a propane gas grill for your convenience. A lighted pathway to and from the beach stairs, lounge chairs already on the beach for you, heat/AC, WIFI and Cable TV. This is a very private area, and you'll only encounter a few people on your average beach walk. The closest public beach is about a mile away, so the setting is a quiet and peaceful one. White Lake Marina is about 10 minutes South, for those looking to take their boat along for the journey. The beach area is large, with plenty of room for games, flying kites, and anything else your heart desires.
