Bedroom 3 is equipped with a full-sized desk (in case you need to sneak in some work during your stay). Bedroom 4 has two XL twin beds that can be converted to one King bed, by request. Air mattresses are also available when needed.

The built-in ceiling speakers, sound bar, and base speakers create a movie theater feel. Smart TV with Amazon Fire Stick. Pop some popcorn, grab a blanket, and settle in to watch your favorites.
Dining Room:
The separate dining room is set up to seat 8 people. An additional leaf can be added to comfortably seat 10. The kitchen is equipped with place settings, dishes, glassware, and serving platters/bowls for your gathering.

Summary: -We rented this house for our father’s 80th birthday. There were 19 of us during the celebration and the house was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. The kids and adults enjoyed the games provided so no one was bored and everyone had a blast. -There were only 6 of us staying the full weekend so there were plenty of beds and sitting areas. As I checked in, the process was fairly easy. But as we walked in, I noticed dog urine throughout the house, the carpet in the main walkway was especially dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The hall bath shower curtain was covered in pink soap scum, which I tossed in the wash, and the oven had burnt food on the bottom, so when I baked, the kitchen smelled. -The house was well stocked with everyday items that we needed, which I appreciated, I would have loved to have a hand mixer but that’s just me since I am a baker :). -I did reach out to the host & she was very nice when I explained about the small problems that should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. I told her we are a no shoes in the house family but the carpets were so gross, we couldn’t take them off. I also told her it would have been nice to have a lock on the screen door, there was only a door handle, no lock, so we could leave the door open & enjoy the fresh evening air. But overall, the house was fun & comfortable & we would definitely stay here again if it was cleaned better next time.
