PRIVATE HEATED POOL and PRIVATE ASSOCIATION BEACH! This unique, custom-built vacation home is completely covered in wood -- from floors and walls to cathedral ceilings. Warm up next to the 20-foot tall field stone wood-burning fireplace (winter only). The home is professionally designed in the Adirondack style with modern furnishings, antiques, and Kilim rugs. Dine on the beautiful screened porch, poolside, or on one of the wrap-around decks! There is plenty of seating outside for everyone. There's a living area and dining table on the screened-in porch, a dining set and lounge chairs around the pool, a hammock, and two beautiful outdoor sofas and chairs on the front deck. The living space is conveniently located on the 1st floor (the lofted area is for storage only). Just under 3 blocks from the home is the private beach. You will also find several restaurants and shops within walking distance.
PLEASE BE AWARE HOME IS EQUIPPED WITH SMART TV'S. NO BASIC CABLE AVAILABLE.
We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living, and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, and high-speed Internet service.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or the 'sleeps' number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.
