On the ground floor, you'll find the living room, kitchen and a downstairs WC.
Benefiting from two sofas (one a sofa bed) and a flat screen Smart TV with Freeview, the living room is perfect for relaxing. In the summer, open the French doors and let the warm breeze drift in as you relax.
At the rear of the property, accessible via the french doors, there is an enclosed garden space which boasts both a lawned and patio area. Hot Tub Hire - For an extra fee (the hot tub hire is not included in the rental price) you can hire an amazing hot tub - enjoy a long soak after a day on the beach - relax under the stars. If you select this option the hot tub will be delivered and set up for the duration of your stay!
Hot Tub Hire Notes
-The fee for the hot tub hire is based on a short stay of 3 or 4 nights.
-For stays of 7 nights or more you will need to select TWO hot tub bookings otherwise the hot tub will only be available for the first 3 or 4 nights. This is to cover the additional costs of changing the water and in effect having to provide 2 hot tub services for the duration of the stay.
-The hot tub is not available on stays of less than 3 nights
-It is usually only available for arrival / provision on a Friday or Monday.
-At certain times of the year - mainly XMAS then the hot tub may not be available on Mondays or Fridays and we will advise you of seasonal variations.
