- train and suburban bus station: 10 minutes on foot;
- GSK: 5 minutes on foot;
- PAM and COOP supermarket and supermarket: 2 minutes by car.
The apartment is spread over several levels and includes:
- on the ground floor: double living room with French windows leading onto exclusive courtyard, large bright and welcoming kitchen equipped with everything you need, bathroom with bathtub and utility room equipped with washing machine and laundry.
