Positive: Lovely atmosphere and excellent customer service. We were able to check into our room much earlier than the official check in time, which was very appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful to look at and spend time in

Negative: There was a little mold in the corner of the shower shelf. Very minor issue, though since the rest of the room is very clean
