5 Bedroom Cottage in Norwich, Bergh Apton

This exceptional, detached country home is situated in an elevated position, on its own grounds, offering spacious and flexible accommodation for friends and families alike. It is located in a rural location, eight miles south of the vibrant city of Norwich. It has been extended to create modern open-plan rooms with a large kitchen, a dining and sitting room enjoying views to the front and back garden. The kitchen has brand new fittings and white units, with a large breakfast bar. Towards the front of the property there is a sitting room and entrance hall enjoying views out over the front garden. The sitting room is the perfect space for relaxing with a good book or a film on the comfortable sofas and armchairs provided. Upstairs there is a spacious master family bedroom with views over the front and back of the property. It has a king-size bed with an en-suite shower room. Alongside the master is a spacious twin room with an en-suite shower room. There is an additional double and a single room which share a bathroom. Towards the back of the garden there is a self-contained one bedroom annex with a shower room, housing twin beds and a sitting room. With all rooms in the annex being at ground floor level, this is ideal for those with limited mobility or a great space for children teenagers to escape to. There is ample off-road parking available. Outside has a private lawned garden with a patio area and furniture provided.
