A detached former farmhouse set in a slightly elevated position with views across the peaceful surrounding countryside, in the parish of Llanafan Fawr, just a short drive from the popular market town of Builth Wells. This welcoming farmhouse is a perfect base for families and friends seeking days out in the beautiful Mid Wales countryside, yet being close to a selection of rural towns and villages. Set over two floors, there are four light and airy bedrooms, along with a family bathroom. The well-equipped farmhouse-style kitchen comes with split-level dining area and comfy seating around a welcoming oil-fired range, the perfect place for everyone to gather together whilst delicious family meals are being prepared or why not head to the games room for a game of pool or darts? Outside, you can sit in the separated lawned garden, accessed through the lane, with views across to the other side of the small valley, and enjoy a mornings coffee or perhaps an evening picnic whilst the children run off any remaining energy.
