This quality ground floor apartment in a former converted 18th century mill has open plan accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen, stylish dining area and seating area with woodburning stove. The well-decorated and furnished main bedroom has an original fireplace and patio door leading directly onto the private sunny patio. The shower room is a stylish wet room and the second bedroom has twin beds with views to the countryside. The private patio is perfect for an alfresco drink or meal and you can also use the shared patio by the riverside and enjoy the sounds of the river and bird life. Note: This apartment is in the same building as Refs 939433 and 939436, together they sleep 10.
Crooklands is mid-way between Kendal, Kirkby Lonsdale and Milnthorpe. It offers a pub/hotel, and the Lancaster Canal is within walking distance. Kendal, only five miles away is famous for its yards, narrow lanes, historic buildings and Kendal Mint Cake, as well as the unique Quaker Tapestry.
