Stunning, sandy East Grand Traverse Bay beach waterfront! Enjoy summer days and nights on your own 123' of sandy beach and experience beautiful sunsets and a gorgeous vista of Old Mission Peninsula. The property transforms from a hardwood forest to the sands of the beach as you traverse through the lot.
Includes an 800 sq ft A-frame built in 1964 with two bedrooms, one bath, and a full kitchen. The house has been meticulously kept and is great for a quiet Up-North getaway. Only a 20-minute drive from Traverse City and a 5-minute drive from all the amenities of Elk Rapids!
