Positive: Excellent location, good heating system with hook on radiator airers for drying wet biking kit.

Negative: Showers are poor - electric, not powerful go cold etc… Hose on outside tap would be good to wash bikes.

Summary: Nice property, not too posh for family with teenagers biking week.
