The views of Lake Michigan from this home are absolutely breathtaking, thanks to its elevated location, large windows, and multiple decks. You won't even need to step outside to experience the beauty of the area. The open floor plan with multiple seating areas, panoramic views, and access to a sandy beach make this house an absolute dream come true. This home is not too far South and not too far North, it's just RIGHT!!!

You will be pleased to know that there are newly constructed stairs that will guide you to the sandy shores of Lake Michigan. We are also excited to announce that there will be a brand-new handrail by spring 2024, right next to the beautiful lake side patios. This addition is aimed to ensuring the safety of our valued guests. You can even enjoy the view of your loved ones having a great time in the water right from the comfort of the deck or patios.
During your stay, you have the freedom to explore the Island in different ways. Some visitors opt for biking or hiking, while others choose to reserve a spot for their vehicle on the Ferry/Beaver Island Boat Company. It's advisable to make these arrangements with the Boat Company well in advance. Alternatively, renting a vehicle on the Island is just as convenient and hassle-free.
