Positive: Homely feel very quiet and nice garden

Negative: The kitchen is not that workable. Curtains in the way of the hob ring, no extraction above the hob. Oven moved when you open the oven doors (dangerous) No worktop beside the oven to put things down you have to turn around to other worktop.
