At present, I will be renting the property for Three (3) separate weeks in 2023: Friday, May 19th to Friday, May 26th. Friday, May 26th to Friday, June 2nd. And finally , Friday, July 21st to Friday, July 28th. The cost is $575 per night or $4,025 for the week. I only lease it on a weekly basis. There is also a $250 cleaning fee for the week. Finally, unfortunately, we cannot allow any pets.

The lower level also has a bunk room that has 2 bunk beds for 4. Fireplace; Wireless and high-speed internet; TV/Cable; Washer/Dryer; Fans. Linens and towels provided. Nonsmoking. Breathtaking sunset views from the deck. No Beach Club privileges. Rentals are from Friday evening at 5 p.m to Friday morning at 10 a.m. NOTE: ONLY RENTS ON A WEEKLY BASIS. CHECK-IN IS FRIDAY AT 5:00 PM. CHECKOUT IS THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY AT 11:00 AM.
