Positive: Love the decor. Staff were lovely but could speak more English.

Negative: Better service by the pool or QR code. Both enough staff to service restaurant and pool. Poor staff were over worked and doing their best but more staff to service the 40 rooms is required. Better clothing for staff to facilitate the hot weather. Eg shorts as they are working hard and need air. Fans in restaurant area is required. Room was delayed for cleaning 1/4 nights. More authentic Italian food should be served in the restaurant rather than trying too hard. Provide local Italian dishes as that is what we come for! One key for a room is provided only! We didn’t know there were two pools until day 3! Initial walk thru needs work.

Summary: Amazing facilities just needs a few tweaks.
