3 Bedroom House in Golden Point

Grant Street Cottage is a little hidden gem only a few blocks walk from Ballarat CBD. It is just off Barkly Street and Grant Street if you wanted to look up the location before booking.

You can park under the carport that fits one car, another car can fit in the driveway and others would park for free on Grant Street.

Walk up 3 steps to the front door and then another little step to get inside. As you enter to the left is the main bedroom that has a TV, King sized bed, ensuite and small walk in wardrobe.

To the left is a large bedroom with a Queen bed, piano, dedicated workspace and exercise bike.

Walk through to the open plan kitchen, dining and living area. On the wall to the left as you enter is the central heating control.

The dining table has 4 chairs and there are 3 stools to sit at the kitchen bench. The kitchen is fully stocked, with lots of pans, pots, cutlery and dishes.

To the left of the kitchen is a hallway and off that is the laundry with a dryer, washing machine and clothes steamer.

The main bathroom is the second room on the left. This has a free standing bath, a shower and sink.

The main toilet is in the next room and next to that is the Queen bedroom. That has a full length mirror and a built in wardrobe. 2 of the doors are locked but there is one available for the guests use.

The outdoor area can be accessed by the laundry or kitchen doors. You walk out onto the undercover area that has an outdoor setting, a outdoor dining table and BBQ for guests use. The rest of the yard is a small area and is fully enclosed.

If you bring your pet please be respectful of our home and the fact that it is there for many people to enjoy. Please clean up any mess your pet makes otherwise there will be an extra charge. Please don't allow your pet to ruin anything too, again you will get charged for any damages. There are 2 different vacuums here so if you have a shedding pet please vacuum up their fur a bit. Currently there is no pet fee charged so I expect pet owners to clean up after their pets. Thank you
