Our beautiful home is a spacious, pet-friendly ranch located in Sterling Heights in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is on a tree lined street with sidewalks for taking long walks or bike rides. The three-bedroom one-and-a-half-bathroom home is light and bright and has everything a guest could want when visiting the Metro Detroit Area. The home is in close proximity to Troy, Rochester, Macomb, and Utica. Ideal for families of all kinds. Our home offers guests' central AC with plenty of space both inside and out!
While staying at our home you can visit multiple parks for walking trails, kayaking on the Clinton River and playgrounds for children. We are a short drive to downtown Utica where you will find Jimmy John's Baseball Stadium, a variety of restaurants and bars that offer outdoor seating. The home is near the Golden Corridor on M59 for all your shopping or dining needs. We are also close to major hospitals- Troy Beaumont and Henry Ford Macomb.
Upon arriving at the property, guests are sure to notice the covered porch with a seating area. You will enter into an open living and dining area with floor to ceiling windows bringing in the natural light. A large TV sits in the living room for your enjoyment.
All three guest bedrooms are on the main level and have been decorated to be calm and peaceful retreats. The topiary room is warm and cozy with a full-size bed and writing desk. Bedroom number two is cool and calm and features a queen size bed and a large dresser. The contemporary primary bedroom showcases a queen size bed, walk-in closet and an on-suite half bath. Each bedroom includes comfortable mattresses, soft comforters and clean crisp linens. Throw blankets are included for cooler Michigan weather.
The kitchen is just off the living room and dining room and has plenty of counter space and a breakfast area, plus it is fully stocked with all the cooking basics. From there, guests can venture down to the lower level where we have lots of space and a variety of games for everyone to play. You will also find the full-size washer and dryer down there. Straight back up the steps is the three-season porch with a small table and chairs to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. The porch lets out to our lovely fully fenced backyard with a privacy fence, two-car garage, built-in gas grill, fire pit, and outdoor patio!
The host provides a small amount of the following items for guests to use: salt, pepper, some other basic seasonings, pan spray, plastic wrap, baggies, Tupperware, dining sets for six people, coffee filters, laundry detergent, fabric softener, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. Since this home is ideal for extended stays guests who book for longer than one week will need to provide additional supplies during their stay.
Rental Policy:
- No smoking or fireworks are permitted.
- Two dogs are okay upon approval (2 max)
- $150 Non-refundable pet fee per pet (Fee is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately for Airbnb guests after booking.)
