Established in 1861, Goat Hill Farm is the complete package with a main and a guest house, a basketball court, and a pool. Vintage luxury is the name of the game in this secluded Three Oaks paradise. Each room of the main house is covered with brilliant curtains and painted tiles to give the home an elegant air. The first floor has two spacious living areas with grand fireplaces and regal upholstery. Exposed beams and plenty of island seating make the state-of-the-art kitchen a welcoming space for the entire family. Enjoy your meals in the rustic and naturally-lit dining room or along the wraparound deck.
Savor the comforts of any of the five large bedrooms featuring king-size beds and smaller beds to fit the little ones. Spend time soaking in the calming clawfoot tub of the large upstairs bath or sipping a cup of tea by the fireside in the main bedroom. Additional living quarters are available in the guest house with its open floorplan, substantial stone fireplace, and two extra bedrooms. The privacy and remoteness of Goat Hill Farm are easily some of this home's greatest qualities, and it's just a short drive away from many of Three Oaks’ & Union Pier's amenities such as the Journeyman Distillery, Warren Woods State Park, and beautiful Lake Michigan.

The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
The pool will be heated to 80 degrees prior to your arrival. If you wish for the heat to increase, please contact us after you secure your booking. The cost for additional pool heat is $25/night.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 5 vehicles.
1 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD25 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
