Happy Day on Hamlin is a charming 4 bedroom home with private frontage and dock on beautiful Hamlin Lake just north of Ludington, Michigan. Private deck overlooking the lake, spacious, with room to sleep 10! The ultimate property for your "Up North" Pure Michigan vacation! Fish or boat directly from the private dock, just a short drive to Lake Michigan and Ludington State Park, and just minutes from Downtown Ludington. You'll feel like you're a million miles away, while still being just a stones throw from everything you'll need and everything you'll want to do! Short day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Silver Lake Sand Dunes, and so much more!

• Private dock with bench on the end for great sunsets and morning coffee! Boats can be tied on the dock.
• Steel sea wall to tie up kayaks, boats, paddle boards, etc
* Happy Day has a great location as it is just inside Indian Pete Bayou which offers great views of the lake yet offers protection from storms and waves as well as more enjoyable swimming and fishing from the dock. We have had trouble with the exact mapping location which is why I am making this note.
Upstairs:
Main floor has dining room with seating for 6, full kitchen (with extra table to accommodate more), upper patio with patio set and grill, 4 bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 1 w/ double and bunk bed, and 1 w/ 2 twin beds) and bathroom with 2 toilet areas and 1 shared tub/shower (these are jack and jill bathrooms separated by pocket doors.)
Kitchen:
• Sliding glass door right off kitchen that opens to deck (also has table and chairs); Great for morning coffee that looks out toward Hamlin Lake
Mid Level:
Mid level has living/entertainment room with couch, upholstered chairs, TV (roku), fireplace (for decoration only), table for games, games, books and a mini bar…we call this the “Great Room”. Walk out the two sliders onto an expansive deck overlooking Hamlin Lake with a patio table and chairs offering plenty of seating for outdoor eating, relaxing and sunset watching!
Lower Level:
This is the best place on a hot day!
Ping Pong table! Great for family tournaments!
The walk-out lower level, has a small sitting room perfect for watching sunsets or summer storms and a sliding glass door that leads out to a nice patio (round metal table with chairs) with views of the lake. The lower level also has an extra twin bed and a full bathroom 2 shower stalls (great for coming from the lake/beach) a bathroom, and full laundry facilities.
Outside:
• Private dock with bench on the end for great sunsets and morning coffee! Boats can be tied on the dock.
