Unplug for the winter in this beautiful Sand Bay waterfront home. Wake up to beautiful winter sunrises, marvel at the bright stars in our dark skies, watch the ice form on magnificent Lake Michigan. All this while you are cozily nestled next to the wood stove in the glass walled front room. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, open kitchen with views of the water, 2nd family room and dining room. Conveniently located 10 minutes from town. With 1944 sq. ft. there is a quiet spot for everyone. Large decks on the Lakeside and the South side of the house. We are offering this home for daily rent through the winter season beginning November 15 ending May 15. Our winter rate is $275/night with a 5-night minimum, $1925 Full Week stay, if you are interested in an extended stay, please contact me for pricing. Rentals start on your choice of day. Linens and cleaning included. Summer rates begin May 16th and will be $3200.00 Weekly with a 5-night minimum at $457/night
