This luxury home has over 3,600 square feet, 3 bedrooms 2 of which are Master Suites, Bonus room, 3.5 bathrooms, and a Bonus Room that sleeps six. There is a natural fireplace and gas fireplace, modern kitchen, and study. Hard wood floors in the living areas and equally balanced from modern to lakefront cozy. There is also a card table and mini-bar in the bonus space for entertaining or family card night.
Screened in porch leads to a beautiful flat yard perched high overlooking 100 feet of river front. Large yard for outdoor activities and large fire pit. Enjoy your coffee or an evening cocktail from the large furnished patio that includes an outdoor kitchen.
The main floor has a master suite and study with pullout couch and glass French doors for privacy. Upstairs includes a second master suite, a guest bedroom with trundle beds that could sleep four and the bonus room.
This property is ideally situated 10 minutes from Midland, 20 minutes from Soaring Eagle casino in Mt. Pleasant and some of the best golf in Michigan including Bucks Run. Close to amenities but with an ‘up north’ feel! Close to ORV trails as well.
