You’ll love the peaceful, beautifully wooded setting of this privately owned one-bedroom, third-floor condo at The Shores. The condo overlooks Acme Creek that flows into breathtaking Grand Traverse East Bay. You are just a very short walk to the private 600 ft sandy beach on East Bay. Kayak, boat, and jet ski rentals are available during the summer.
This nicely decorated and very clean one bedroom condo has vaulted ceilings, a new Puffy king bed and a queen sleeper sofa with a new memory foam mattress. Enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening from the balcony accessible from both the living area and bedroom. There is a 43” TV in the living room and a 32” TV in the bedroom, both with cable, Netflix, and Roku. There is complimentary Wi-Fi. The condo has a full bath with a separate vanity area. The condo is close to Mt. Holiday Ski and Recreation Area, Hickory Hills Ski Area, and Shanty Creek Resorts for downhill skiing, snowboarding, and tubing.
