Open plan kitchen/living/dining room with well-equipped, fitted kitchen with bar stools at the counter. Underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker. Three upstairs bedrooms (King with ensuite shower room, Bunk and flexible Twin/SuperKing room, shared bathroom). Patio with table and chairs, BBQ in summer months. Pet free.

We raise Oxford Sandy and Black pigs (in the Spring and Summer) and tend bees, who give us the most scrumptious honey. Peacefully located yet within easy reach of Keswick, Grasmere, Ambleside and all the other attractions of the English Lake District National Park.
