Located in the heart of Burley village within minutes walk of the shops,cafes, pubs ,supermarket with butcher,cider store,bakery bike hire, golf and cricket club Sightseeing bus tours also leave from Burley We are located on the track opposite to Burley Manor Hotel so ideally located for wedding guests. This is the perfect location for exploring the New Forest and the local beaches on the South Coast.
Our home is an end of terrace cottage built in the traditional New Forest style. 3 upstairs double bedrooms, sleeping a total of 6 guests. Master Bedroom is King with a large dressing room , Bedroom 2 is a double and Bedroom 3 has 2 full size singles. All beds have 2 sheets and a duvet One Travel cot ( sheets and a baby blanket included ) Upstairs family bathroom has bath with shower and large shower room located downstairs directly at the bottom of the stairs - 2 bath towels and one beach towel per guest are provided
Country kitchen with dining overlooking the garden at the rear. Range oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing/dryer machine, iron,ipod docking system. Summer house in a suntrap position. Lounge with Freeview Smart TV and wood burning stove - first basket of logs provided in winter months. Front garden and ample parking on the driveway. Lockable bike storage in a garage available - Burley has a bike rental shop with reasonable prices and a variety of bikes. - 2 minutes walk away.

Ringwood market town is 6 miles away and has major supermarkets and larger sports facilities including indoor pool, children's play area and large gym.
One trained dog ( sorry no puppies )very welcome free of charge. Sorry, we don't allow other pets. Dogs are to remain downstairs at all times. No dogs allowed upstairs or on any of the beds - a portable stair gate is available for bottom of stairs. Total deposit will be lost if extra cleaning and steam cleaning of beds is required before the next occupants stay. Dog towels, bags and bowls are provided.
