This 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage is perfect for your getaway! Gorgeous kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and offers all of your culinary needs. Vaulted ceiling in spacious living area. 1300 square feet. Dining room table for 6 and counter space & bar stools for 4. Lakefront offers small, private beach for kids, dock, plenty of toys, and life jackets of various sizes. Beds for 8, floor sleeping space for more. Master Bedroom has brand new queen size memory foam bed, ceiling fan, tv and dvd player, and master bath with gorgeous tile shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, tv & dvd player. Bedroom 3 has two twin memory foam loft beds (ideal for kids/small or young adults) and a full-size futon, tv & dvd player. Stackable full-size washer and dryer located just outside the master bedroom and kitchen. Spacious living room with plenty of seating, smart tv, dvd player, and wifi. Also offered: Air conditioning, patio seating & gas grill. There are some movies and games for rainy days plus dartboard, ping pong net to use on the table, croquet, ladder ball, bocce ball. Note -- pets are not allowed and this is not a handicap accessible residence. The area is perfect for getting away from it all, but still close of enough to do so many things. All linens (towels/bedding) are provided and starter set of toilet paper, paper towel, and a few garbage bags. Cleaning fee is $125. Kayaks/SUP available for rent, please inquire PRIOR to arrival if interested. Parking for 3-4 vehicles. Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 11 am sharp, fees will be charged if not checked-out on time. Our cleaning crew needs time to clean between same day rentals. There is no smoking anywhere on the property at anytime please. Thank you for understanding.
