- We have a strict no parties, no events and no smoking policy. Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning services required. Please do not book if you are intending to party.

- Please remember that extension requests must be communicated before 5pm in the evening before checkout. If less notice is given, on top of the extra nights, we will apply a fee to cover the last minute cancelation of the cleaning service
