Aqua Elite Nine Pines is located in Sawyer, MI just minutes from Warren Dunes State Park and Downtown Sawyer! This completely renovated 4 bedroom 3 bath home resides on 10 private acres with an inground heated pool, screened porch, fire pit, lots of trails to walk with access to the stream and a large barn with a pickle ball court. On the main floor there is a dining room with seating for 8 and access to the screened porch, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with new appliances and access to the screened porch, a bedroom with a queen bed and access to the main bathroom. The main bathroom on the main floor features a double sink vanity, large soaker tub with shower and double access from the bedroom or main hallway. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom features a queen bed, second bedroom features two twin beds and the bathroom has a walk in shower plus a small area for yoga or meditation. The guest house features a queen murphy bed, full bathroom with tub/shower and a kitchenette. Come and enjoy the brand new inground heated pool off the back deck with plenty of space for lounging or having lunch by the pool. This home also has a fire pit, gas grill and plenty of walking trails to explore the beautiful tree lined 10 acres. Located at the front of the property is a large barn with a pickle ball court and ping pong table with paddles and balls included. Just blocks away is Warren Dunes State Park (2 car passes included) where you can enjoy the sun and sand while splashing in Lake Michigan or venture off to Downtown Sawyer and enjoy the shops, Infusco Coffee, Greenbush Brewery or Susan's restaurant. Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The deposit is refundable less a $300 cancellation fee if cancelled 90 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure
