Positive: Great value room excellent and clean.Location to station excellent

Negative: A bit miserable (male) at check-in to say the least. Sorry to interrupt you on your phone!! On my own but told that the lift was not working (don't think it will ever be fixed?? ) Had husbands luggage as well as he was joining me after work so I was on my own ...no offer of help but thanks to the 70 year old customer who offered to help me half way up the steep stairs!! I did give you a good score but please do something about the lift. It will be worth it as the stairs are steep. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and the rest of the staff and room were lovely.
