The property is a secure self-contained garden flat with its own private gated access. Please note that the owner lives in the property above and has use of part of the garden - the apartment has exclusive use of the patio terrace which extends immediately out from large sliding doors. Please note also that there is a door between the garden flat and the main house but this is securely locked during a guests stay and is therefore not in use. NB the owner has cats and dogs which might roam the garden from time to time. Local pubs The Cock & Bottle on Needham Road is a proper, old-fashioned watering hole, but the young crowd tends to descend on the Walmer Castle on Ledbury Road.
