Cross Creek Pool House is a beautiful cottage nestled in the woods in Harbert with a beautiful inground heated pool and private association beach access is 3/10th of a mile from the house. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a beautiful fireplace, a large screened porch and inground heated pool. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed (perfect for a toddler) with bathroom attached, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath. The screened porch has a table for dining, furniture for lounging and a beverage fridge with large TV. The backyard has a gas fire pit for enjoying s'mores or a cocktail under the stars. If you are looking to get away from it all this is the perfect spot. The private association beach is just a few blocks from the house. Harbert Swedish Bakery is a short drive away along with many other restaurants, shops, galleries, breweries and wineries. Warren Dunes State Park is a short car ride from the house. Come and enjoy all this pool house has to offer!
Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.

Policies
- All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.
- Minimum age of 30 years old to rent.

- In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit, Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The deposit is refundable less a $300 cancellation fee if cancelled 90 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
