Positive: Very pleasant host, which was very kind in letting us later check-out. Clean and tidy, kitchen equipped for meal preparation, there was even coffee, tea, flour left. District is calm, street nearby is also pretty quiet. Public transport stop nearby, good communication with city centre and airport

Negative: A whole house is pretty bad in terms of soundproof (as I understand - it is general in all Italy). Corridor and stairs in the house are covered in marble so any movement of the neighbors is perfectly heard. If you return back home late - it doesn't matter, but if you are sensitive to noise around - that will cause you problem. Italians do not communicate, they scream at each other on any case, even sitting at the table and having dinner, so if you need quiet environment - you'll have an issue. Our neighbors upstairs - family of old Italians, and a lady was totally crazy. We spent 4 nights and every evening she was screaming instead of talking, it was something crazy. She was screaming, yelling from the first minute of her arrival from work (about 7 pm) till her sleep about 11 pm. It was impossible to hide from the screaming, thanks god she was going to sleep on time every night. And another issue - that crazy woman was wearing shoes on high heels at home so together with her screams we simultaneously heard her walks since all floor is covered in tiles. Knock knock - screams, knock knock - screams again, and every night is the same. Of course, we can hear every movement of our neighbors in the restroom and everything what they were doing in there and flushing the water afterwards.
