Apache Lake House has amazing views of Lake Michigan! The house sits in a secluded setting atop a dune overlooking the lake and surrounded by mature trees. The home DOES NOT have a private beach or association beach, but you can walk down to the water's edge via a private access path 200 yards from the house and stroll along the beach for miles in either direction. Pictures show the walking path access! For sunbathing and beach days, head to the gorgeous, secluded public beaches a few minutes away at Little Sable Point Lighthouse, Benona Township Park, or Silver Lake State Park.
This beautiful house features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main floor living of the home has the master bedroom with a king bed. You go up the spiral staircase to bedroom 2 which has a full over queen bunk bed. The ladder from upstairs will take you up to the loft of the house which has a queen mattress, this area is just large enough for the mattress! The heated gazebo does have a futon if anyone wants to sleep in there! The tiered deck allows for additional seating or a cookout on the gas grill. There is a winding walkway that leads you to the house from the driveway with stairs to get in the house. New for 2023, we expect to have high speed fiber-optic internet access!This is not a pet friendly property.
Silver Lake is located in Mears, Michigan and offers shorelines along Lake Michigan and Silver Lake. While vacationing here you won't want to miss out on the experiences that the massive Silver Lake Sand Dunes have to offer. Rent a jeep of your own or head over to Mac Wood's Dune Rides for an adventurous ride on the sand dunes. Nearby is the Hart-Montague Bicycle Trail that will take you along 22.5 miles of scenic routes. The quaint little town of Pentwater is located just north of the Silver Lake area. Pentwater is the epitome of small-town charm with its shops, food, and ice cream. Don't forget to grab breakfast at Cherry Point, where they offer homemade donuts and treats daily. For dinner, spend an evening at Golden Sands, a small, family-owned restaurant and golf course that will leave a lasting impression.
