Located on the weather/wind protected side of Metung, the main (Upper) level of this well positioned home is accessible from the driveway & carport. It consists of a large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining complete with split system reverse cycle air con/heating, cozy wood heater (some wood supplied), free wifi, new smart t.v (Netflix, Stan, Kayo, Foxtel, YouTube using guests own logins) with Bluetooth soundbar for entertainment, comfortable reclining theatre lounge, 8 seater dining table with views to die for!
The 2 large decks are located on this level - the front deck with amazing views over Bancroft Bay complete with 6 burner bbq, large outdoor setting & festoon lighting. The secluded back deck boasts Bush views with a 2nd bbq & outdoor setting.
The well equipped kitchen has an electric stove/oven/grill, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, coffee machine, all cooking/serving/dining ware and some condiments supplied.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and private en-suite with luxurious bath & shower. There is also a powder room & fully equipped laundry on this level.
Downstairs are 4 more double bedrooms- 2 with queen beds opening on to lower deck with own t.v’s & 2 bedrooms with 2 x singles in each that can easily convert to king width beds upon request.
