The pool area, set to the side of the villa, features a refined sunbathing space, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, and a stunning rectangular heated swimming pool with hydromassage jets (about 30 square meters, ideal for both relaxation and social moments. Large pool: 820 cm x 320 cm. Whirlpool pool: 460 cm x 820 cm x 94 cm. The pool is open from April until the end of October.
One of the villa’s most distinctive features is the panoramic rooftop, accessible by elevator. Designed as a peaceful green lawn with sun loungers, it offers extraordinary open views over the sea and islands, perfect for yoga sessions, sunset aperitifs, or simply enjoying the silence and beauty of the surroundings.
