10 minutes from the Apollo Bay main town, this is the perfect spot to relax. The Alyeska Studio sits on a farm amongst the rolling hills of the Otways above Apollo Bay. Filled with natural light with views of the farm’s hills. The cottage is a private studio with a second AirBnB accomodation, the Alyeska Loft, sitting above it (can be booked all together for groups). The perfect spot to retire after exploring the Great Ocean Road, the Otway Forest or Apollo Bay’s beautiful beaches. Enjoy a walk around the farm’s hills and view the free range sheep - or koala or wallaby if you’ve got a keen eye!
Enjoy free wifi and a TV with a Chromecast - so you don’t need to wait to watch the next episode of the show you’re watching on Netflix; and you can stream your own movies, music etc through the TV from your smartphone on the wifi.
If you’re looking to disconnect and get away from it all, you can choose a book (a mix of genres for grown ups and kids too) or a board game from our shelf and just switch off from technology and enjoy the space to relax. We’ve got an extendable dining table, a sofa, and a beanbag so you can choose where to relax.
The studio is an open plan space with a queen bed, a pull out sofa bed, and a fold up single bed. If you’re looking for a bit more space, you can also book our second AirBnB space, Alyeska Loft, which sits directly above the cottage. The two spaces can be booked together or separately. Both have studio style bedroom spaces.

RUBBISH - This is an eco farm stay, and there is no rubbish collection service operating given the remote nature of the property, therefore you are required to remove all rubbish at the conclusion of your stay. We ask you take it with you and dispose of it in the bins around town if you have a small amount, or if you have a larger amount there is a transfer station located in Apollo Bay (check opening times) that can be utilised. If rubbish if left behind we will have to charge for the cleaners time in removal which is usually billed to us at $80 minimum.
BOND/REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FEE: Please note the bond is held as a pre-authorisation on your credit card, this is taken within 24 hours of your arrival and held until 3 days post stay. We require that the bond is simply an amount we "hold" on your card. If there are issues or damages, we will contact you post stay to discuss with a view to resolving before the hold is released.
The booking price displayed for online bookings includes a processing fee of 3% per booking.
If a refund or cancellation takes place, please note the refunded amount will not include the 3% processing fee as this will be retained by Otway Retreats to cover the original transaction.
If your check in date is within 60 days a 100% payment is required.
If your check in date is over 60 days then a payment of 50% is required to secure your booking and the remaining 50% will be charged to your card on file 30 days before your check in day.

Check-in time is 3:00pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10:00am unless specified and agreed otherwise.
Early Check-ins and Late checkouts are subject to availability and incur additional fees of $50.00 per hour.
Please respect the privacy of our local community and neighbours. If a guest's behaviour or noise level is unreasonable, a warning will be given and ignoring this will result in the cancellation of the booking without refund. Strictly no parties or events allowed.
This property is non-smoking, failure to comply will result in a minimum $200 fine.
Guests are expected to leave the property in a neat and tidy manner on departure. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is not left in a presentable condition.
