The apartment is on the basement floor of a beautiful building from the early 1900s that is very well-kept and typical of Florence of that period. In the city, apartments with gardens are often found a few steps below the ground since they are developed at the back of buildings where areas are cooler and quieter.
In the warmer months, in fact, one can appreciate the cooler temperature of the rooms, which allows one to live pleasantly even without the need for air conditioning.
There is a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. Besides of course the private garden, the real special feature of the house.

For this reason, we consider the accommodation for 4 people more suitable for a family with children rather than for 2 couples of friends who, rightly, would need more privacy.
