Climate Control: NO AC: There is no air conditioning available at this property. The majority of homes in our mountain climate do not have AC as it is rarely necessary. Fans are provided in bedroom closets. There is a NEST thermostat installed in the downstairs hallway.
A pellet stove is available for extra ambiance in the living room ( Only operable during fall /winter/ spring)
SEASONAL: Patio furniture and BBQ grills are not available 10/15-5/15 as they are stored for the winter season due to snow.
Kitchen: The property has pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and cookware. Basic spices, oils and condiments are available upon requests.
Tap Water: Our water source is Lake Tahoe and is considered some of the finest drinking water in the world.
Road Access: The drive is a flat road located off HWY 28. At winter, please carry chain as chain control may affect your travel to our cabin.
