Gannets Lodge was designed in the late 1960s by renowned local Pembrokeshire architect Beaumont 'Monty' Minter. With an unusual 'bungalow-over-basement' design to make best use of the stunning 180 degree views of the Milford Haven Waterway it incorporates many mid-century modern design elements such as stone cladding, split-level floors, and the use of dark wood and stone internally. The property has undergone a major renovation in recent months, and has been perfectly designed by the current Owners to incorporate all you will need for a perfect large group family holiday, including a large family entertainment room, with pool table, table tennis table and games console and large flat screen TV.
On arrival to this property you have ample parking with your own private drive and driveway. Upon entering the property, you are met with a large dining, living and modernised kitchen area, with patio doors that open up directly overlooking the haven. The conservatory attached on to the living area is a real sun trap to catch our stunning Pembrokeshire sunsets in the evening.
Off the living area, you are met with a hallway, that leads you to the Master bedroom, with ensuite, 3 spacious bedrooms providing ample space and glorious views of the waterway and Pembrokeshire countryside, as well as a spacious family bathroom. Access to the ground floor area can be found via a beautiful black, modern spiral staircase that leads to the an additional ground floor double bunk bedroom, shower room and the large family entertainment room. Patio doors allow direct access to the outdoor area.
Gannets Lodge celebrates the indoor/outdoor living lifestyle and is a very private property based at the end of Llanstadwell village. With ample space and panoramic views it is the perfect staycation for family and friends, perfect for large group family holidays.

Layout
This spacious property will provide ample space for large family holiday holidays, and mixed group vacations. The property has two floors. There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with stunning views of the estuary. Off the living area is a conservatory with juliette balcony and garden access. Down the hallway are four spacious bedrooms, kitchen and family bathroom. Off the hallway is a door leading to a spiral staircase that takes you to the ground floor family entertainment room, double bunk bedroom and bathroom.

Getting there
From Milford Haven along the Great North Road towards Haverfordwest.
Turn right onto the B4325 towards Waterston. At the mini roundabout in the village of Waterston, take the 2nd exit onto Hazelbeach Road towards Hazel Beach and Llanstadwell.
Follow this road until you get the the Ferry House Inn pub, then follow the road round to the left which is Church Road.
Follow this road until you get to the St Tudwals Church, on your left there will be a slip road, take this slip road, the road has a very sharp left hand bend, carry on up, keeping to your right and the property is at the top.
Accessibility
This property is based on one floor, however there are two steps down into the living room and one step into the front entrance to the property. The bathroom is not adapted for accessible individuals but comes with a free standing bath and separate shower cubicle.
