This is a beautiful property in an area of outstanding natural beauty that sleeps up to 10 guests. It has a heated indoor pool and large garden backing onto the waterfront.Perfect for families, group getaways, walkers and water sports enthusiasts - you can launch your own kayaks, paddle boards and wind surfers from the bottom of the garden around high tide. Paddle boards can also be hired nearby.The house features a 10m indoor heated swimming pool, four large bedrooms (all with stunning views over the water) and a study with a sofa bed. There are two ensuite bathrooms and two family bathrooms.The open plan kitchen has a dining table for 10 and a comfortable sofa area with plenty of entertainment extras such as a PlayStation and a TV connected to Netflix, Amazon Prime and many more. There is an additional lounge with log burner, large TV with all the streaming apps, board games and a piano all for your enjoyment.Bifold doors open onto the garden and maximise the incredible views. You canrelax outdoors and enjoy the everchanging view of the waterfront. For sunny days there is an outdoor dining table by the water. The garden also has a patio (and patio furniture), gas barbecue and a small fire pit.

Visitors can enjoy walks along the coast and beaches (step out of the back garden into some of the most scenic), and stop for a well-earned break in one of the beach-front pubs.As well as a selection of beaches, for younger visitors there is a beach train, donkey sanctuary and sunflower farm. There are cycle trails, wind and kite surfing lessons are available, and the sheltered harbour is a popular paddle boarding destination.Chichester Harbour is home to many species of birds and animals, including seals, and you can tour this beautiful and internationally renowned habitat with the Harbour Conservancy.A short drive (or ferry trip) off the Island takes you to Portsmouth with its naval history and Spinnaker Tower (there is a great tearoom at the top!). The charming city of Chichester, the South Downs National Park, and a host of vineyards (Hambledon offers tasting tours, a pop up restaurant and jazz and fizz evenings) are all around 30 mins drive from the property.The famous Witterings and Isle of Wight are also close by.
