My condo has a king bed in the master with an attached bathroom. The second room has a queen with a connecting bathroom to the third queen room. The condo comes with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer & dryer, private garage, balcony, heated shared pool located on Lake Huron. You can enjoy a view of the Mackinaw Bridge while you are in the pool. You must climb 17 steps to enter the main level of the condo. This is where everything is located other than the garage.
My rental property manager will have a contract for you to read over and fill out. It will have to be faxed, emailed or mailed back to her prior to your arrival.
