As your property manager, I live and work locally and am available if something arises.
We allow one dog, preferably under 40 lbs and ask that you follow a few simple rules:
·Dog must be kenneled if left in the house alone. Please bring your own kennel.
·No dogs on the furniture or bedding.
·Dog waste cleanup is the responsibility of the owner
·Dogs must be pre-approved, with paid fee. Please note them in your reservation request.
·No cats
Things to note before booking:
·The bedroom is located upstairs, you will need to climb stairs
·The unit sleeps 4 guests total, two in bed and two on pull out couch (best suited for children, as this is a normal pull out)
·Pets are not permitted without selecting them on your reservation + paying an additional fee. Dogs only.
·This is a duplex, however you can expect privacy during your stay
